Nearly inaudible at ~3300RPM. Not as much vibration as I expected even at maximum speed (little to none depending on fan speed).
Since it can rotate it works very well not only for cooling RAM DIMMs but also blowing air over an M.2 drive, and the motherboard VRM heat-sinks when the CPU is water-cooled.

About the product is excellent, delivers what it promises, cooling well my memories Ram, even they having sink, is a extra help this weather hot Brasil, product only is big, in my case needed stand aside it beats watercooler pump, And another thing is the negative but very negative point is how to fix it in the memories, only those who purchased the product will know what im talking about, not have security, I had to use hot glue to have a setting better with the fittings of memories, Very carefully to apply the glue hot you can have a more secure fixation, and if you ever need remove will get as the hot glue spoils the material that was applied and is easy removal.
