    Hi there! It’s @king_peas here. I’ve just received the planner. Well, it came exactly as it was described, but with a small damage as you can see on the pictures I attached. I knew there was a small chance to get it completely new without a damage, so I’m not mad though. Planner itself is nice and will serve good for my purposes. Shipping time is less than a month during lockdown which is really nice. Thanks for a notebook!

    The booklets are very nice. Love the paper quality and design. I use them in my travel notebook to track expenses during vacation. This order has been placed on 15JAN and it reached CHE on 03JUN. That was the longest it ever took 🙂 Unfortunately the seller ignored all requests to extend buyer protection and AliExpress auto confirmed and finished this order on 14 MAY. Like this I had no other chance than to open a dispute. I do not understand why the seller was not more interested in extending the delivery time window because like this a dispute could have been avoided. During Covid-19 my shipments normally take 8-10 weeks but this one here took much longer but it did arrive. Now not sure how to pay again to the seller. @seller : Next time when requested please extend the buyer protection and give more time. When Ali Express auto confirms and set the orders to finished we have no other way than opening a dispute. With extension it could have been avoided.
